They are sites that host advertising from their Sponsors in the form of banners, links or paid to read ONSITE email (NO SPAMMING your personal email account, we do not allow that). The PTC site shows the ads to Members that join.
The goal of the Sponsor is to ultimately make a sale or at the very least receive a qualified lead.
If the Members are not paying attention to the advertising they are being PAID to View then the Sponsor's efforts are lost.
Some Sponsors monitor how long you are on their site and can determine if you just opened and closed the link within 1 second of visiting.
When a Sponsor contacts 2 HOT 4 AIRWAVES VIEWS with evidence that our Members are not fairly viewing the materials presented then we are obligated to refund their money as good business practices are very important when doing business online.

Members please be patient with us, right now the site is LOSING money (aka not returning a profit).
I had to refund Sponsors' money for the Ads and PTR Campaigns they purchased. Members where opening and closing Paid Emails within 1 second and not waiting until the website that was included in the email FULLY loaded before the window was CLOSED and another one OPENED.

There are NO Ads click or Email to Read until we REMOVE the people that upgrade then get paid then request refund.
This practice is becoming wide spread among PTC sites. I do not why people ask for refund AFTER I pay them.

Wow, I guess members do not care that our Sponsors PAY to place ads here. I have noticed that some members do not let the PAID EMAIL window finish count down before they close.
If this practice continues there will be LESS PAID EMAILS!
I am a VERY active Admin and I WATCH the site very closely.

I did a test to see which members actually pay attention to what they are reading. I offered free clicks if you just go to the support center and open a support ticket and I would have credited your account with $0.10 but NONE of the members I tested even responded.
